Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Additional courier/shipping charges will apply for international orders.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. Please contact us immediately with your order details. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
What items are eligible for exchange?
You may request an exchange if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery, or if you need a
different size. Requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery.
How long does the exchange process take?
Once approved, pickup is typically arranged within 3–5 business days. The new item is dispatched within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and passes quality check.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return pickup charges may or may
not apply depending on your area's serviceability. Shipping charges on the
original order are non-refundable.
